MyReusableBottle.com offers flat rate shipping for most orders in Canada and USA. To qualify for this special offer your order must include products valued at $20.00 or more (before taxes and shipping charges) and be shipped to a single Canadian or USA address.
How long will it take to ship my order?
All orders usually ship within 24 hours during regular business days. If you place your order before 12 noon on a business day, your order will usually ship that same day. We ship orders Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) via Canada Post, FedEx or USPS. Shipping typically takes between 2-10 days, depending on your address location.
All shipments are FOB Toronto, Canada
Currently we ship only to Canada and USA.
For all international orders, customers are responsible for paying any customs, import duties and/or any other charges or fees that may be incurred by importing products into your country. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing what duties and /or taxes are applicable for each specific country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Please be advised that international shipping could take longer than expected due to customs delays.
The cost of the shipping is calculated by the web site based on the weight of the item you are purchasing, the size of the necessary shipping container and the shipping distance based on the destination. Exact shipping rates will be displayed online during the checkout process, before your order is submitted.

How do I get the flat rate shipping option?
Currently, flat-rate shipping is available for most orders within Canada. If you are eligible for flat-rate shipping, it will appear as an option during the checkout process. Please note that international orders and orders with a size or weight restriction may not be eligible for flat-rate shipping.
Do you ship to a PO Box?
Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
