We make every effort to ensure that the product you purchase from us is perfect in every way. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange less the cost of shipping. You may return the product (using prepaid shipping) in the same “as purchased” condition and in the same carton in which you received it.

What is your Return Policy?

Only unused products with original labels and packaging can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Customers must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number prior to returning any products.
If you wish to return a product within the 30 day allowance period, please email us for a Return Authorization (RA) Number with the following information:

Order Number
Product Number and/or product name
Reason for return
Type of return (Exchange, Refund)

We will reply via email with the RA Number and the “ship to” address.

Returns must be shipped “prepaid” in their original carton(s) with the original packing slip, a copy of the receipt, RA Number and return instructions. The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the carton(s). Our receivers will not accept “collect” shipments or shipments that do not have an RA number.
Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs unless the product(s) received were damaged or shipped incorrectly.

We recommend that you insure the return shipment at a value equal to the purchase price and get tracking information from the courier. MyReusableBottle.com cannot accept responsibility for any damages incurred on return shipments or lost shipments.

We will exchange or issue a refund within 5-7 business days of receiving and verifying the returned merchandise with authorized RA numbers.

All returns must be received in our warehouse no later than 30 days from the original date of delivery.
A refused order will be handled as a returned order.
Order shortages, damages or discrepancies must be claimed within 48 hours of receipt of order.
A product cannot be returned with missing parts, labels, manuals or original packaging.
Return on items that included “free shipping” or “flat shipping” will be credited for the item only minus the original shipping charges we incurred to ship the item(s) out to you.
Any product returned after 30 days will not be credited and will be the sole property of MyReusableBottle.com
MyReusablebottle.com can not accept collect, COD or hand deliveries.
MyReusablebottle.com can not accept responsibility for any returns which are lost in the mail or damaged.
MyReusableBottle.com does not accept any responsibility for damages to bottles, lids or accessories caused by mishandling, rough treatment, or normal wear and tear including damages from denting due to dropping, scratching, dishwasher damage or freezing.
