What do I do with a damaged shipment?

At MyReusableBottle.com, we take great pride in selling brand-new, unused merchandise from SIGG Switzerland. Although we carefully inspect every bottle prior to shipping your order, damages may unfortunately occur while it's on its way to you.

All damages due to shipping must be reported by email within 48 hours from receipt of your order. All damages must be documented with a clear photo in order for MyReusableBottle.com to make a claim with the shipping company. Please do not ship goods before obtaining a return authorization number and return instructions from MyReusableBottle.com. A product cannot be returned if the product or packaging is damaged by the customer. Once goods have been received and the claim is approved, credit will be issued within 5-7 days.
